Cheyney University Pays Off Unpaid Students’ Bills with Federal Stimulus Money

Cheyney University has become the latest school to announce it’s using federal stimulus funds to erase students’ bills that have gone unpaid since the start of the pandemic. WHYY’s Katie Meyer reports that other schools, including the Community College of Philadelphia and LaSalle University, are doing the same.
