Lehigh County Executive Phillips Armstrong recently gave some examples as to why he thinks the Lehigh Valley is in "excellent" condition, citing the retention of 3,500 jobs, 30-year budget plans, Old County Courthouse and Cedarbrook Facilities renovations, farmland preservation, and human services donations.
