“Billboard” is the fictional film by Lehigh Valley filmmaker Zeke Zelker inspired by the 1982 billboard-sitting contest in Whitehall Township sponsored by struggling radio station, WSAN. The film, which was made in the Lehigh Valley, stars Eric Roberts as a ruthless radio-station owner.
