Filmmaker Zeke Zelker discusses his newest film "Billboard ," a film inspired by the real life 1980s radio contest in Whitehall Township which had participants living on a billboard overlooking a highway.
The film will be the first shown at the newly renovated Civic Theatre in Allentown on November 1, 2018.
