Eleanor Bobrow takes a look at the common interest in better health through exercise and healthy eating. Her guest is Denice Ferko-Adams, a licensed dietitian nutritionist with a Master of Science in public health.
Denice was the first program manager for Health Starts in the Kitchen at Cedar Crest College, a unique grant-based initiative to provide nutrition education and cooking skills to the community. She is also the recipient for The Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (PAND) top award: 2018 Outstanding Dietitian of the Year.
