Hosts George Miller and Kate Scuffle explore two upcoming theater events in the Lehigh Valley.

First, Muhlenberg College professor Holly Cate discusses "Glory," her adaptation of William Shakespeare's Henry VI tetralogy, coming to the Empie Theatre at the Baker Center for the Arts on the Muhlenberg campus, April 5-8. Cate talks about this fierce, provocative adaptation that examines what happens when the rule of law collapses and violence becomes the currency of state. This is among Shakespeare's most visceral, political, and violent creations, so it is only recommended for mature audiences. More information on "Glory."

Then, artists and veterans Jenny Pacanowski and Lyn Watson from the Lehigh Valley Veterans Project discuss their new play "Combat Conversations: Families Affected by War" at One Flight Foundation in Allentown on April 7. The event is hosted by One Fight Foundation and Impact Theatre NYC. The play touches on what it's like for service members to return home from war, and the effect it has on their families as well. More information on "Combat Conversations."
