Dr. Afshar released the results of the Greater LV Chamber - Kamran Afshar January 2018 survey of Valley businesses. His guests were Neal Koplin, executive vice president of Peoples Security Bank; Bruce Palmer, managing shareholder for Buckno Lisicky & Company; and Thomas Stoudt, interim executive director of Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority.
They reviewed the results of the survey and disclosed local businesses' hiring, purchasing patterns, and revenues over the last six months, as well as their projected expenditures, hiring plans, and revenues in the coming six months. They also discussed Lehigh Valley business sentiment around recent changes in corporate and individual tax laws.
