Touchstone Theatre is getting ready to unwrap the latest Christmas City Follies, the theater's annual holiday-themed vaudeville. Touchstone's Mary Wright joined hosts George Miller and Kate Scuffle for a preview of some of the jolly mischief, merry melodies, and holiday cheer that awaits us onstage with Christmas City Follies XVIII.
Then, dance artist/educator Tahya introduced mudra, or hand gestures that are often called "yoga for the hands." Rooted in ancient arts, mudra integrates meditative and movement practices to facilitate a joyful, healthy perspective on life. Workshops, demos, and classes include the upcoming VAST fundraiser and the Greater LV Cancer Support Community, which is free to cancer survivors and care partners.
