PA Putting More Money Toward Getting Diesel-powered Trucks Out of Communities

Exhaust from diesel trucks can make heart and lung issues worse, and even cause cancer. Sophia Schmidt of WHYY’s PlanPhilly reports the state of Pennsylvania is putting money toward getting these trucks out of communities.
