A ‘Lost Opportunity’: PA and DE Are Discontinuing Their COVID-19 Exposure Apps

Pennsylvania has discontinued its COVID-19 exposure app that it launched in the fall of 2020. And Delaware plans to scrap its COVID app in the coming months. The apps track whether someone has been in close contact with a user who has tested positive. WHYY's Zoe Read has more.
