Philadelphia Mayor Walks Back Comments, Says He Will Stay in Office Until 2024

Mayor Jim Kenney again walked-back his comments made after the shooting during the city's Fourth of July fireworks display. Late Monday night, Kenney told reporters he was looking forward to leaving office during a city hall news conference. WHYY's Tom MacDonald has more on Kenney's explanation of those comments.
