PA May Create a New Assistance Fund to Help with Basic Home Repairs

A Pennsylvania lawmaker wants to create a new state fund for people who can’t afford basic home repairs like a leaky roof. As Aaron Moselle reports, a weeklong awareness campaign around the legislation kicked off Monday.
