A sculpture of Harriet Tubman has been unveiled outside Philadelphia City Hall. WHYY's Tom MacDonald reports the sculpture has been on tour since 2020.

WHYY reporter Tom MacDonald is a lifelong Philadelphia-area resident who has worked in the region since the mid-1980s.
