Pennsylvania’s high court has thrown out a lawsuit from a woman who alleged the Roman Catholic Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown covered up sexual abuse by a priest in the 1970s. WHYY’s Kenny Cooper reports the ruling is a blow to victims of child abuse.
