New PSP Analysis Finds Disparities Between Drivers Who Get Searched, and Who Is Found with Contraband

Black and Hispanic drivers in Pennsylvania are more likely than white drivers to be searched for discretionary reasons.

That’s according to a new report from a nonprofit hired by the Pennsylvania State Police to conduct an independent analysis of traffic stops. WITF’s Gabriela Martinez has more.
