NTSB Releases Preliminary Report on West Reading Factory Explosion, Employees Report Smelling Gas

The National Transportation Safety Board has released a preliminary report on the factory explosion in West Reading that killed seven people and injured 11.

WITF’s Gabriela Martinez reports, employees told federal safety officials that they smelled natural gas before the blast.
