EPA Orders Norfolk Southern to Test for Dioxins in East Palestine

The U.S. EPA announced it will force Norfolk Southern to begin testing for dioxins near the site of its derailment in East Palestine, Ohio. For The Allegheny Front, Reid Frazier reports.
