Gov. Josh Shapiro toured Astrobotic Technology during his Mar. 1 visit to Pittsburgh, where he called for increased investments in innovation and economic development through his budget proposal.

On the campaign trail last summer, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said he wants to make the state more business-friendly. WESA’s An-Li Herring reports the governor hinted Wednesday in Pittsburgh at how he wants to finance that vision.
