DCNR Purchases Susquehanna River Islands for Conservation

A pair of Susquehanna River islands near Harrisburg’s Harvey Taylor Bridge have a new owner: the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. WITF’s Gabriela Martinez reports, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources wants to ensure the wildlife and flora on the islands are protected.
