Amid Scrutiny and Calls for a Redo, Luzerne County Certifies Election Results 2 Days After Deadline

Luzerne County has certified its election results - two days after the deadline. As WVIA's Sarah Scinto reports, the county's midterm election remains under scrutiny, and the board of elections faced calls to re-do the election entirely.
