PA Supreme Court Ruling Will Provide More Options for People Filing Medical Malpractice Suits

Starting next year, people who file medical malpractice lawsuits in Pennsylvania will have more options. WITF’s Brett Sholtis reports, some health care companies are not happy about the change, in the wake of a state Supreme Court ruling.
