The Duhks on The Blend

Carlos Benjamin welcomes Canadian band The Duhks, receipients of Canada’s Juno Award to WDIY’s The Blend at 3pm Friday November 8,  prior to their performance at The Mauch Chunk Opera House in Jim Thorpe.  The band recently reunited after their 2010 breakup.  Winning the Best Roots & Traditional Album Juno Award, they boast a diverse collection of influences, including old-time, jazz, Celtic, folk, Quebecois, and gospel.
