Host Eleanor Bobrow welcomes Shonda Moralis, a licensed psychotherapist, in private practice specializing in stress-related disorders and mindfulness-based therapy.

She writes a psychology today blog called Breathe, Mama, Breathe, where she draws from her experiences as a mother of two. Moralis has developed and taught mindfulness courses for children, parents, teachers and students.
