Pennsylvania’s GOP gubernatorial primary had a tumultuous Tuesday — and all of the chaos can be traced back to Donald Trump. WHYY’s Katie Meyer reports that first, Trump issued an anti-endorsement of candidate, Bill McSwain. Then he convinced another, Sen. Jake Corman, to reverse his decision to drop out of the GOP race.
