A new study from Rowan University - commissioned by the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety - has found that one in five Garden State drivers are distracted, mostly by their cell phones. WHYY's Kenneth Burns reports that the study comes as Nation Distracted Driving Awareness Month begins.
