Philadelphia City Councilmember Bobby Henon resigned Jan. 20 effective immediately, two months after being convicted for bribery.

Philadelphia City Councilmember Bobby Henon resigned this morning, two months after he was convicted on bribery charges. WHYY's Tom MacDonald reports on what's next for the councilmember and the council.
