A ‘Crisis’ in the Child Care Sector is Creating a Vicious Cycle for Working Parents

Many employers are still struggling to rehire workers. Underlying that is what some are calling a ‘crisis’ in the child care industry. A recent survey found more than 90% of Pennsylvania providers are short-staffed. WHYY Keystone Crossroads’ Laura Benshoff reports on the vicious cycle this creates for parents and the rest of the economy.
