Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania say they can now predict which patients will get certain side effects from glucocorticoids. It’s a kind of steroid used to treat certain autoimmune disorders, cancer and most recently, serious cases of COVID-19. WHYY’s Zoe Read has more.
