COVID-19 cases are on the rise in Philadelphia as the coronavirus’ delta variant becomes dominant. Health officials say that over the last two weeks there have been 119 new cases per day in the city, with the greatest increase among adults ages 20 to 34. WHYY’s Zoe Read has more.
