Rep. Madeleine Dean, D-Pa., recently introduced a bill in Congress which will enable people exposed to "forever chemicals" to sue manufacturers for the cost of medical monitoring.

People exposed to a toxic class of chemicals called PFAS, nicknamed "forever chemicals,” could sue manufacturers for the cost of medical monitoring thanks to a new bill Rep. Madeleine Dean introduced in Congress. WHYY’s Ximena Conde reports.
