Host Michael Drabenstott continues to explore the diverse and thriving culinary scene in the Lehigh Valley on this edition of The Inside Dish on Lehigh Valley Arts Salon. On this program, Michael welcomes Jenny Lim, owner and operator of Jenny’s Kuali on Bethlehem's Southside.

Jenny's Kuali specializes in Malaysian and Vegetarian cuisine, as well as noodles and dumplings. Jenny Lim owns and operates the restaurant with her husband, Roy Lim. Both Jenny and her husband were born in Butterworth, Malaysia.

Host Michael Drabenstott welcomes Josh Palmer, owner of the restaurants Sette Luna and Maxim's 22 in Easton.
