Bill Dautremont-Smith welcomes Brooklyn-based Americana band Pete & The Stray Dogs to the WDIY studios for a live interview and performance.

Three of the five members of the band joined us for this performance: Pete Lanctot (guitar and vocals), Ginger Dolden (violin), and Adam Brisbin (bass). The band is in town to perform at Zoellner Arts Center later in the night. Pete is an alumnus of Lehigh University which makes his return Lehigh's Zoellner Arts Center a special occasion.

Dr. Bill Dautremont-Smith was Executive Director at WDIY from April 2008 until his retirement in August 2013. His involvement in radio began at WDIY in February 2003, after taking an early retirement from a long career in technology development at Agere/Lucent/AT&T/Bell Labs, where he was CTO responsible for strategy development of one of Agere's fiber optic communications divisions.
