House impeachment manager Madeleine Dean made the case last Wednesday that former President Donald Trump was the reason the U.S. Capitol riot happened. WHYY’s Katie Meyer reports it was the first time the Pennsylvania Democrat appeared in Trump’s second impeachment trial.
