Greetings WDIY members, volunteers, and listeners,
I hope you are finding WDIY programming both informative and entertaining as we all practice our individual forms of social distancing. Thanks to you, WDIY has been broadcasting for 25 years, and we look forward to providing the Lehigh Valley with another 25 years of robust programming.
As you know, WDIY is unique as your “local community radio station.” We program an average of 5 hours of NPR and local news, along with 17 hours of live local diverse entertainment each day.
As in past years, April is WDIY “spring fund drive” month, and this year we will continue with our drive as planned which will run through the beginning of May. The decision to conduct the drive during this time of crisis was not easy, but a decision we thought was essential. I would like to thank our generous “pre-drive” contributors! Their donations have provided us with confirmation that we have made the right decision.
