Host Kenn Michael speaks with teacher, artist, and scholar Curlee Raven Holton about a current exhibition of Holton's works at Lehigh University. The exhibit includes a collection of graphic work that spans Holton's nearly 30-year career in art, from his first lithograph to his current etchings. His prints, described as both evocative and provocative, speak to our human experience and engage the viewer in a shared dialogue about significant personal, political, and cultural events.
Curated by Susan Ellis and Ricardo Viera, the exhibit will be on display from Aug. 25 - Dec. 13 at Dubois Gallery, Maginnes Hall at Lehigh University. A gallery talk and reception with the artist will be held October 9 at 5 PM. More information about Curlee Raven Holton's exhibition at luag.org or here.
