Chef Lee Chizmar from Bolete on The Inside Dish

Joining host Michael Drabbenstot is Chef Lee Chizmar. Chizmar is chef at Bolete in Fountain Hill and Mr. Lee's Noodles and Silvershell Counter + Kitchen in the Easton Public Market.


Bolete was just named one of 20 semifinalists for outstanding restaurant in the entire country by the James Beard Foundation, the Oscars of the restaurant world. Chef Chizmar himself has been a semifinalist for the Best Chefs in America award.
