With the holiday season in full swing and COVID-19 cases on the rise, many Pennsylvania school districts have been transitioning back to complete online-only education again, but that’s not the case everywhere. WHYY’s Avi Wolfman-Arent reports from a district south of the Lehigh Valley in Quakertown moving in the opposite direction, opening up as others shut down.
