Harry McGuirk

Harry McGuirk, currently a Senior Vice President and manager of the Commercial Lending staff at QNB Bank in Quakertown, has been involved in commercial lending for 40 years and the commercial banking industry for 43.  Harry joined QNB in January 2011.  He has held numerous management positions throughout his career, including President of National Penn Bank's Lehigh Valley Division from June 2004 through September 2007.  Mr. McGuirk served on the Board of Governors of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce (GLVCC) during that same period and is now a member of the Board of the Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce.  He also continues to participate on the Finance and Public Policy Committees of the GLVCC.

Harry has also served on a number of other Boards in the Lehigh Valley including, Lehigh Valley Child Care, Inc., Minsi Trails Council BSA, Lehigh County Industrial Development Authority (where he is still an active member today) and Lehigh's Economic Advancement Project, formerly the "Area Loan Organization" required to administer two state loan programs (PIDA & Small Business First) in Lehigh County.

Mr. McGuirk is active in his Church, St. Thomas More, Salisbury Township, and resides with his wife (of 42 years), Lorraine, in Orefield. The McGuirks have three grown children and four grandchildren.

Mr. McGuirk is a 1982 graduate of Widener University, Chester, PA, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration (magna cum laude) and he also holds an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University (graduating in 1999).
