Don Miles

Program Host

Don Miles began volunteering for WDIY over a decade ago. He is the local news host and board operator for WDIY's Friday broadcast of All Things Considered and is a member of the WDIY board of directors. Don is a Jersey boy (Exit 136) who's lived in Bethlehem for over 30 years and is an environmental lawyer, widower of an Easton Area High School Spanish teacher, and father of two amazing sons. Don's love of radio began listening late at night to legendary monologist Jean Shepard on WOR. He then blossomed as a DJ and  went on to serve as the program director for Lehigh University's  WLVR in 1969.  Off the air, Don is a photographer, a runner, and chairman of the Lehigh Valley Sierra Club. "Excelsior!"
