Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding provides an update on Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza April 18, 2022, in Harrisburg.

The avian flu is spreading in the midstate, infecting a sixth farm this week. WITF’s Anthony Orozco reports, the official who oversees farming says state leaders are still crafting plans on how to best help farmers.
