Commonwealth Court Hears Arguments Over in PA GOP’s Election Investigation

A state court heard a case Wednesday about whether a Republican-led election investigation should have access to personal information for millions of voters. WESA’s Lucy Perkins says state Senators are seeking Pennsylvanians’ driver’s license data and partial social security numbers.
