A U.S. House committee investigating the January 6th attack on the Capitol is recommending a former Justice Department lawyer be held in contempt of Congress. WITF's Sam Dunklau has more on why that lawyer, who has ties to midstate Republican Congressman Scott Perry, won't be prosecuted yet.
