Geisinger Health Employee Lawsuit Seeking to Avoid COVID-19 Policies Tossed by Judge

A federal judge is dismissing an injunction filed by Geisinger Health employees who sought to avoid getting vaccinated against COVID-19 or being tested twice a week. Transforming Health’s Brett Sholtis reports the judge says the case has no merit.
