PA Leaders Feeling ‘Optimistic but Mindful’ About COP26 Agreements

Pennsylvania leaders who attended the recent global climate conference in Scotland left feeling optimistic but mindful that the summit’s agreements aren’t strong enough to avoid the worst effects of climate change. StateImpact Pennsylvania’s Rachel McDevitt reports.
