You may have heard that a food co-op is coming to Bethlehem, but do you know what one is? Get comfy and join us for a ‘travelog’ to visit several different food co-ops around the country, hosted by Bethlehem Food Co-Op members who have visited them. We’ll look at the features that make them the same (and different) from the corporate-owned groceries we’re used to shopping in. Offered in collaboration with Bethlehem Area Public Library.
