Two-time breast cancer survivor and motivational speaker Sarah Trimmer is the featured speaker in the second event of a new virtual series of online conversations presented by TEDxLehighRiver. In 2016, Sarah presented her talk #StartAndEndHappy. She talked about the losses in her life and her technique to build her mental health and live a happy life. Today, as we all face some kind of loss in these unprecedented times, Sarah's perspective is as relevant as ever. In the event, Sarah will reflect on her original talk, discuss what she has learned since then and share how her ideas are useful in light of our current situation. Moderating will be George Hrab, another former TEDx speaker, who kicked off our virtual series on May 12 with a conversation about skepticism. The event is free and will be conducted on Zoom. Registration is limited to 100. The event will be simultaneously broadcast on Facebook LIVE. Participants are encouraged to watch Sarah's 13-minute talk before the event. To register and for a link to the talk, visit https://www.tedxlehighriver.com. TEDx is an independently organized TED event.
